What type of equipment does Stack Equipment sell?

Do you rent your equipment?

No, Stack Equipment does not offer equipment rentals. We specialize exclusively in the sale of new and used equipment, allowing us to focus on providing high-quality machines, expert service, and dependable support. Our inventory includes a wide selection of aerial lifts and equipment to meet your jobsite needs.

Do you offer offsite equipment demos?

We do not offer off-site equipment demos. However, customers are welcome to view and test equipment at one of our Stack Equipment locations. If you’d like to schedule an on-site demonstration or learn more about a specific unit, please contact our Sales Team and they will be happy to help you.

Do your technicians inspect the lifts you sell?

Yes. Every piece of equipment we sell undergoes a thorough Function & Safety Inspection upon arrival and again before it leaves our yard. For added peace of mind, Stack Equipment also offers ANSI Annual Inspection Certification for an additional fee.With over 30 years of combined technician experience, our team knows exactly what to look for and how to address a wide range of aerial lift and equipment issues—ensuring each unit meets safety standards and is jobsite-ready.

Does your equipment come with a warranty?

Due to the nature of Used equipment, we do not offer a warranty on any used equipment. Our technicians perform a Function & Safety Inspection prior to units leaving the yard. We also offer ANSI Annual Inspection Certification for an additional fee.

Do I need to pay sales tax on my equipment purchase?

Yes. All transactions include applicable state sales tax based on your location. If your business is sales tax exempt, we require a valid Sales Tax Exemption Certificate to verify your tax-exempt status prior to completing the purchase.

Please provide your exemption documentation at the time of sale to avoid delays.

Do you offer delivery?

We work with a trusted network of experienced freight brokers to handle equipment deliveries. Whether you’re located in-state, across the country, or overseas, we coordinate safe, reliable transportation and maintain clear communication throughout the shipping process to ensure your equipment arrives on time and in good condition.

Do you accept trade-ins?

We accept equipment trade-ins on a case-by-case basis. Several factors are considered when evaluating a trade-in, including:

- Equipment condition and age (we do not accept units from 2005 or earlier)

How can I pay for my equipment?

We accept multiple forms of payment for equipment purchases, including:

Do you offer financing?

Do you allow returns on equipment?

Stack Equipment does not currently accept returns on equipment purchases. If any issues arise after your purchase, please contact our Sales or Service Department, and our team will work with you to address the situation and help find an appropriate solution.

What type of equipment do you paint?

While Stack Equipment primarily specializes in aerial equipment, our experienced painters work with a wide range of machinery. This includes slab forklifts, skid loaders, cement trucks, and other industrial equipment. Our professional paint services deliver durable, high-quality finishes across many equipment types.

Do you paint the equipment you sell?

No. Stack Equipment also accepts outside equipment paint requests, pending equipment condition and paint booth availability. Our professional paint department works with a variety of equipment types and can accommodate projects beyond aerial lifts.

How much does it cost to paint a unit and how long does the process take?

Is your paint booth open year-round?

Yes. Stack Equipment features a one-of-a-kind indoor paint booth as well as an indoor sandblasting booth, both designed to accommodate equipment of various sizes. These controlled environments allow us to deliver high-quality, durable finishes and thorough surface preparation for a wide range of equipment.

What equipment services do you provide?

Stack Equipment’s Service Department provides comprehensive equipment service and repair, ranging from routine diagnostics and maintenance to complex boom repairs and complete equipment rebuilds. Stack Equipment does not currently offer on-site service. If you need immediate assistance and are unable to transport your equipment, please contact our Service Department and we will help review available options or recommend next steps.

Do you offer lift parts in-stock?

Our Service Department stocks a selection of common equipment parts for Genie, Skyjack, JLG, and Snorkel units. For more specialized or model-specific parts, items are typically ordered as needed to ensure the correct fit and performance.
